What is the Impact Fund?

Quantum Temple Impact Fund’s mandate is to drive Web3 inclusion and cultural heritage preservation. The fund will be established through 50% of proceeds of the Cosmic Membership NFTs and governed by the Cosmic Members.

What is decentralized governance?

Governance is a system of rules that allows decisions to be taken. Decentralized governance is a method for blockchain-based initiatives to distribute decision-making power to their communities. Quantum Temple’s Impact Fund follows a decentralized governance framework where all Cosmic Members participate in the decision-making of project proposals.

Who are the members of the Impact Fund?

Members will be defined along the way, but at its inception, we envision the Impact Fund to be composed by:

• Every holder of Cosmic Membership NFTs;

• Appointed Cultural Keepers;

• Appointed Executive Team members;
